A little Jayco History….
It all began on a farm in Middlebury, Indiana in 1968. Founders Lloyd and Bertha Bontrager , initially produced a single model fold down camper with the help of 15 employees. Today the company operates manufacturing plants in Middlebury and Wakarusa Indiana as well as Twin Fall Idaho, building several types of RV’s under more than 15 different brand names and employing over 2000 people.
Today Jayco still uses the patented lifter system designed by founder Lloyd Bontrager, they continue his tradition of innovation and quality. Jayco’s design team continually looks for ways to make RV life easier for our customers. Jayco builds a variety of RV;s from family-friendly fold downs and travel trailers to spacious fifth wheels to luxurious Class A and C motor homes it’s easy to find a Jayco to fit your life style and budget.
